Included in the price of the stay:

Air conditioning (hot/cold), water, electricity, sheets and towels, use of linen, use of barbecue, final cleaning, swimming pool, wireless internet connection, parking, high chair (to be requested upon booking), tourist information, 10% VAT.

Not included in the price of the stay:

- Tourist tax: €2.00 per person / max 5 days (Children under 12 are excluded)

- Cot (0 to 3 years) at €25.00

- Extra bed (on request) €20.00

- Extra cleaning (on request at €15.00 per person);

- Extra cleaning with linen change (on request €20.00 per person)

- Extra change of bathroom linen (on request) €8.00 per person;

- Pets: €35.00 to be paid upon arrival (for anti-allergy cleaning)

- Electric car charging (0.50 per Kwh)

Extra paid services:

Dinners and cooking lessons with a personal chef, massages, bicycle rental, scooter rental, transfer service, museum reservations, tastings and any other type of external service.

Payment Methods:

50% at the time of booking

50% 1 day before departure (automatically) or upon arrival at the property (to be communicated in advance)

Cancellation Policy

- All payments are non-refundable. Unpaid amounts will not be charged.

In the event of cancellation due to serious health reasons or other documented reasons (such as divorce or bereavement of a family member or guest), the amount paid will be converted into a voucher of equal value, usable for a future stay at our facility. Only in exceptional cases of force majeure, if the voucher cannot be used, will a full refund of the amount paid be granted upon cancellation.

"Force majeure" means serious and unforeseeable events such as bereavement or separation/divorce that occur and directly involve one of the participants in the stay.
